VHF Relay System MQ-200 (FM-200)

UHF Radio-Relay transmitter-receiver, providing communications link with a range up to 30 Km (Line of Sight).
Used by NATO since late 1960’s until late 1980’s, designated FM-200.
Used by the IDF during the War of Attrition (1967-1970), the Yom Kippur War (1973) and the Peace for Galilee War (1982)
Frequency range 610 to 960 MHz using 0.125 MHz frequency steps; 10 Watts output power; 4 to 108 KHz analog Frequency Modulation (FM) channel or 256, 512 or 1,024 kb/s Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) digital channel.

Order wire analogue channel 330 to 3,400 Hz, magneto signaling.
Transistorized technology, with ceramic vacuum tube as transmitter final amplifier.
Manufactured by Telefunken, West Germany.
