Used by the US military during WW2, designated BC-603/BC-683.
Used by the IDF during the War of Independence (1948) and the Sinai Campaign (1956).
Frequency ranges: MH-603 – 20 to 27.9 MHz, MH-683 – 27 to 38.9 MHz; PM (Phase Modulation); 80 or 120 channels in 100 kHz steps.
Powered by DC 12 Volts (using dynamotor DM-34) or 24 Volts (using dynamotor DM-36).
