Two-Tone Telegraph Terminal UG-109

FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) terminal, used for teleprinter operation over simplex radio channels or two-wire voice channel.
Enables voice communication and local teleprinter copy, half duplex or full duplex communications.
Mark frequency – 1,680 Hz, space frequency – 1,860 Hz; transmission speed: 50 Baud (compatible with older generation UG-9 terminals) or 100 Baud; transistorized; power supply: 24 Volts DC.
Used by the IDF for communication between brigades and upper echelons, during the War of Attrition (1967-1970) and the Yom Kippur War (1973).
Manufactured by the Signal Corps Maintenance Depot.
