Radio set for company and battalion levels, with a range of ~5,000 meters.
Used by the US military during WW2, designated SCR-300. Nicknamed ‘Walkie-talkie’.
Used by the IDF during the War of Independence (1948) and the Sinai Campaign (1956).
Frequency range 40 to 48 MHz, 41 FM (Frequency Modulation) 200 KHz channels, 0.5 watts output power.

Accessories: short antenna (73 cm) AN-130, long antenna (320 cm) AN-131, headset AZ-20, handset MJD-15, accessories bug SQ-150, harness RW-54, pad RW-391, belt RW-44.

Using BU-70 battery (20 to 25 hours) ir BU-80 (12 to 14 hours) batteries. 4.5 Volts for filaments, 90 Volts for high voltage.

Miniature vacuum tubes technology.
