Field Switchboard MRK-22

Tactical manual telephone switchboard, for 12 magneto lines.
Used by the US military from the early 1960s until late 1980s, designated SB-22/PT.
Used by the IDF during the War of Attrition (1967-1970), the Yom Kippur War (1973), the Peace for Galilee War (1982) and the Security Zone Conflict (1982-2000).
Two switchboards may be stacked, supporting 29 lines (operator unit is replaced with five line units).
Powered by four 1.5 Volts batteries BU-30.
Operated with MJS-182 headset.
