CB (Citizens Band) AM (Amplitude Modulation) hand-held transmitter-receiver.

Used by the Israeli Ministry of Communications during the 1970’s.

Voice communication over three preprogrammed channels, each using two Quartz crystals, in the frequency range of 26 to 28 MHz; extracted telescopic whip antenna; signal strength meter; squelch; output power: 1.5 Watts.

Powered by internal 10 AA dry cells or Nickel-Cadmium battery, or external 12 Volts DC supply.

Weight: 1 Kg.

Super-heterodyne receiver with 455 kHz IF (Intermediate Frequency). Discrete transistors technology.
