Used by the United Kingdom military since the mid 1950s until late 1970s. Used by the Arab countries from the 1950s until the late 1970s, designated C-12.
Frequency range: 1.6 to 10 MHz in two bands: 1.6 to 4 and 4 to 10 MHz; CW (morse) or AM (Amplitude Modulation) voice; output power: CW: 4 to 8 Watts, AM: 5 to 7.5 Watts; supply: 12 or 24 Volts DC, according to the model.
Used vertical antenna, 2.4 to 9.7 meter, or long wire antenna.
