Teleprinter UP-52

Rugged electromechanical teleprinter, including tape punch and tape reader, printing text as a single line on a gummed paper tape. Operating speed: 50 Baud.
Two drawers in the teleprinter base hold the gummed paper tape and punched paper tape.
This teleprinter was adapted for TG-352 cipher machine, by removing the top line (digits) and several other keys from the keyboard.
Used by the IDF during the Six Day War (1967), the War of Attrition (1967-1970) and the Yom Kippur War (1973).
Model T-68; manufactured by Siemens, West Germany, modified locally.
Power supply: 24 Volts DC.
